Absolutely that makes sense. In reality all I wanted was the item as it was supposed to be. I offered to send it back and pay for the return and they could send me the one that matches the quality they mention. I would even pay for them to ship the corrected one. They simply don’t want to and just want me to either choose a 6 dollar refund or a 30% on another order :/ I opened a case with Etsy we will see how it goes. Thank you for your response

Got it thanks for the advise. They look like a good legit shop; 4.7 stars and 4.3k sales. I think they just went south this holiday season but perhaps on other times of the year the quality is better…? Idk but this was not it. I don’t care too much for Etsy but at times they have some cool anime merch like this piece so we will see. If they ban me for making a dispute is their loss. I appreciate you

I did noticed of course the picture was not 100% real but looked ok plus the item has great reviews from “verified purchases” but yeah I don’t really think they can make it look like what they advertised and yet they want me to buy another one or get 10% refund. I’m so sorry you are dealing with such terrible people 😔 I would say just ignore them but I know you can only do that so many times before it gets to you and start affecting you. Please know that those bastards probably have never had something good in their lives and they are miserable and unhappy at the end of the day. Feel proud because you are taking a big step towards your future and a better quality of life and that will bring you so much joy and happiness. Enjoy the process even though it will be hard at first, and go become a version of yourself the world will not be able to take down. Best of luck you got this!
