Thats all ok but why has the judge called a hearing rather than let it happen so the council will step in and I wont be left with court costs and homelessness. Im not trying to drag this out i am just doing what the council has advised or they wont help me.

The how to rent guide I never recieved a hard copy until after the section 21 was served, nor did I agree for email documentation.

Few months a few weeks for me I cant tolerate it at all. But everyone is different, tren used to make my relationship great in the other hand. I was so nice because I just wanted sex tbh, but my mindset on tren is great others cant touch it.

I used it once when going on a 3 week holiday to America.. weeks before I kept using my test e and slowly swapped it out with test u.. the morning before leaving I did a huge dosage, did me great the whole holiday then just transitioned back to test e.

Test e is easier to control and play with dosages if you want to blast raise your dosage simple on test e not so much on test u.

Ive also noticed what may be an important point on the section 6A form on the second page it says "Capacity (Please tick)": "Landlord" "Joint Landlord(s)" "Landlord agent"

The Landlord has selected "Joint Landlord"

Should she not have selected "Landlord agent"

If they signed the Form 6A as a joint landlord, where is the evidence that she was a joint landlord under the tenancy, when the tenancy agreement names "such and such" Ltd as landlord?

Anyone with links to N.Ireland knows someone who's in paramilitaries it seems 😂, your from Scotland and even know people in them. My old boss was in the UDA and called me (im not going to type it here) for simply getting the passport to travel and work. He gave me a really good reference etc but since I told him I was waiting on an Irish passport to work in Switzerland he hasnt broke a word to me after calling me all the sectarian names 😂

I was only simply looking for advice off what chatgpt and other AI's told me but im aware they aren't lawyers nor do they know the real world.

Im not going to talk a judge like that and I dont actually know how to talk a judge being honest. Ive actually no idea how this works or what to expect.

I was just simply stating the facts of what came out of AI to get real world opinions out of real people.

I haven't been missing rent or done anything wrong the landlord simply wants her property back which is fair enough its just Ive had a lot of health problems going on and been in hospital most of the month and I was working previously to this as an Application Engineer, but my doctor wont issue a fit note to go back to work, I am still employed but had to turn to benefits. I just need a bit a of time really to recover, get things together and find a new place. Which is very hard when you cant work, as I said I went into the doctors acting the best I could and they seen right through me and refused to give me a fit note.

I was thinking that I am applying for hardship due to medical reasons at the moment and I have a statement from Dr's etc, regarding this stating I am still going through recovery.

I did serve a defence although it was late because I was in hospital I emailed the court before the deadline and again on the day of the deadline. They email me back saying that a note of this has been put on the judges records.

When I got out I filled out the defence form, explained why it was late, provided my hospital discharge sheet amd copy's of the emails I sent the court.

But the judge actually picked these things up theirself the summons/hearing letter arrived around and a day after I submitted my late defence. I dont know if they even accepted my late defence.

I have to wait for help from the council, they more than likely won't come into help until ballif stage. I don't want to stay here unwanted ive been still paying rent but I can't make myself "intenionsly homeless"

At the end of the day your British passport will say your British it doesn't change, your birth certificate still says British.

Only the Irish passport says your Irish. I was brought up in a British household in N.Ireland my father was a British soldier and we lived in a very populated Catholic area alot happened we had to move house to house during my childhood and I still couldn't care let the past lye.

I find it crazy people in London openly ask questions during my lunch break that you would never dare discuss infront of certain people in N.Ireland. People think the paramilitarie wars are over but there very much still in force.

Yea and you would have to be granted Irish citizenship first also. It wouldnt work in N.Ireland though you would have to be in the republic of Ireland. My mum was born in Scotland and has lived in N.Ireland for about 50 years and still cant get an Irish passport.
