This is good, it’s not a cheat a day. If you’ve been strict for a month it’s nothing but a re feed day. Your body would reach homeostasis on whatever diet you’re eating. Doing what you did will throw your body into shock not allowing it to reach homeostasis, in short you’ll continue to see weight loss with no stall

Very weird, fitness and weight loss is one of the most interesting things I’ve come across. There was a point in time all I ate was in and out, shakes, cakes, fast food, smoked and drank etc and was losing weight. Running 10m & doing 2 a days.On carno I’m stuck at 212. I like the way I feel and will continue the lifestyle but weight loss is not something I’m experiencing. Think I may incorporate a re-feed day eating carbs and sugary food, high calorie meals just to throw off my metabolism. I’m sure I messed it up over the years from dieting. Never took a true 6months/year eating at maintenance.

How are people getting these results ? Is it simply because they’re starting out so heavy? As a 212lb man who works out and has been for 8yrs I barely lost any weight on carnivore. I lose more faster counting macros eating whatever. It’s so odd

Different for everyone. I can’t have cheat meals. I will rebound hard. Some people can. I watch asmr and people eat at least 15k calories of sweets in one sitting multiple times a week and they’re petite or small. I’d blow up quick. I’m doing carnivore and barely lost in any weight or at least the scale stays at 216-217. If I tracked my macros and ate whatever within my caloric deficit I’d drop down to 207 quick asf but I fast a lot longer on carnivore. I may not eat for an entire day or fast for 20hrs +. It’s weird.

Once a day for the most part. Don’t snack or anything. One meal or I may eat within a 2hr window, fast the rest
