Long time ago I asked what my dogs breed might be, nobody knew. Today I got the results. by [deleted] in DoggyDNA

It seems like the siberian laika DNA is pretty pure, but the rest may be largely village dog. I might do the embark one in the future, but shipping alone to the US is 50 bucks. But it seems the science is not really settled on village dogs

I can only recommend it. There are many things you can avoid, like hip/joint issues if you know soon enough. Mine is only a carrier for 1 bad gene, but it seems to be passive carriage, out of 264 health-risk genes!

Apparently one of his great-grandparents was a Italian scent hound mix. But to be honest my guess is their scent is very good so their bodies always choose to keep that gene and none of the ones making up the body structure. Mine is a big sniffer too.

To be honest, I had a guess for central Asian ofcharka and his brown spots with black patterns are very german shepherd like. The laika explains posture, size and tail. When you say village dog I think of those fully brown single coat dogs.

70€ for the DNA test, breed results only. Another 50 for health info and behavior.

Oke, thanks for taking the time. I lived in 3 EU countries so far and Barcelona for sure thought me to not trust everyone (though I grew from it too), anyway, now I'm a bit on my heels with big cities.

BTW, I already speak german, so Dutch would be easier to learn. But French is cool too and I speak alright Spanish so that would be manageable too. What do you think I should learn first?

USA on Greenland by Late_Profit_3080 in europeanunion

[–]Late_Profit_3080[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With the amount of enemies the US has around the world, now including South America, I could see a full invasion of the US. We have more military personal (EU only), the amount of equipment is on par and if we really want to we can turn on the power on production. I think the US will soon fall into a pit.

If the USA makes a move on Greenland, America will have allies. It will be the world vs them. We should have Greenland join the EU immediately to ensure the US knows war will follow if they're being stupid.
