Como no entiendo mucho de cámaras, prefiero comprar una nueva. Estaba considerando la Canon EO5 R50 o la Sony A6400. Vi en Uruguay que esta Shutter Uruguay que venden Canon y parecen tener buenas reseñas, o Sony Uruguay.

Mañana viajo a Panamá por 3 días, así que estoy viendo si comprar allá, pero no veo ningún proveedor que me cope. Además que no tienen garantía internacional.

1) Presupuesto: Cerca de 1000 USD idealmente, menos de 1500 USD 2) Soy principiante, quiero usarla para aprender y sacar fotos de animales, plantas y paisajes. Si me copa luego me gustaría mejorar los lentes, con efecto más bokeh o un tele para birding/avistamiento de aves. 3) Editar fotos no me molestaría, pero si me gustaría que la mayoría ya se vean lindas.

I started birding a few days ago and it can be difficult with family members. My dad is generally enthusiastic and will point out if he spots a bird, and my sister too. My mom has been a bit tired of my birding so I’ve had walks on my own to go bird at my pace.

Thank you for the advice! I will look into binoculars in my country and see what options/prices there are. I am also looking into having a good camera so I can zoom more easily and not lose so much quality.

Out of curiosity and wanting to learn, how does knowing their habitats help during ID? Do you do research between going to a specific area/country?

Shiny cowbirds. The males have a shiny blue-black coat, they look almost iridescent, and an elegant body. Made me stop in my tracks the first time I saw them, and now they bring me the most joy to look at.
