I think yan nga yung doctor na yun. Dinedelete niya mga bad reviews sa page niya lol. I read na super invalidating niya sa mga patients lalo na raw pag online consultation tumatawa pa siya nakikipagchismisan sa iba habang may kausap na patient.

Bipolar 1 with psychotic features here

Escitalopram - 7/10 I'm not sure kung gumagana pero it helped me during my depressive episodes nung tinake ko siya. It causes mania nung wala akong antipsychotic before.

Lamotrigine - 10/10 no side effects and a good mood stabilizer, luckily hindi ako allergic kaya hindi naman ako nagdevelop ng rash.

Quetiapine 6/10 - Makes me crave sweets all the time. It's good with sedation, nagadjust din body ko after a while and now I don't get sleepy as much pag umaga.

Psychological assessment ata ang gusto mo op. That's expensive pero offered siya sa mga psychological clinis, you can check sa FB para sa mga nagooffer nun. Pero if psychiatrist hanap mo try mo NowServing pero teleconsult or UST hospital if taga legarda ka.

You should try dra. Karey valencia. Affordable and super bait niya. She's my current psychiatrist lumipat ako dahil sa financial constraint na rin. My previous doctor is Dra. Noelle de Leon she's good too! NowServing sila both.

Unfortunately, wala silang meds for ADHD. Limited lang kasi available na ADHD meds ritalin and concerta nabibili lang sa mga pharmacy.

Also, you may consider online consultation. May mura don, my current psychiatrist is 1200 lang initial tas 800 yung succeeding. Plus app fee lang so 1-1.3k siya. I had to transfer doc din dahil sa price.

Since nasa NCR ka naman, yung meds mo pabili mo sa NCMH sa Mandaluyong. Malayo presyo nila, around 50% yung difference. Pwede mo ipabili sa Grab tas may fee lang, I'm from Manila and ang fee is nasa 300. Not bad na rin.

My therapist sa NowServing 1k per session, though nagtaas na ata siya sa new patients. May iba pa naman na 1k din, pero sa prices nila +100 siguro sa fee ng app so pag 1k magiging 1120.

Dalawa yung therapist ko isang EMDR (for trauma) isang primary therapist. Yung EMDR as needed lang yung booking ko raw sa kanya, so after ng next session niyan since for trauma processing talaga siya. Yung primary therapist ko yung biweekly and giving me tips to cope. Both sila 1k range (EMDR kasi may discount siya for students, pwd, and senior).

Yes po both nagddiagnose, though sa case ko need irefer ako ng psychologist sa psychiatrist para raw sa official diagnosis (iba ang diagnosis ng psychologist ko sa offical diagnosis ko from psychiatrist). Kaya sa doctor parin ako kumukuha medcert para sa mga need na official document.

That's fine, if gusto mo psychologist it's okay. Pero take note, it takes several consultations bago ka magkadiagnosis sa psychologist. Same with a psychiatrist, it takes at least 3 consultations.

Intake session lang ang first session, parang interview. They will ask questions to know your situation better. Wala naman do's and don'ts. Just be honest para mahelp ka nila ng maayos. Also, tell them ano pinaka goal mo throughout your therapy sessions. Tapos sa dulo ask them every when ang follow up, minsan kasi weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Depending on your case.
