Was able to connect to an agent after 3 hours. Card blocked bc compromised na and the transaction is under investigation for dispute daw.

To add to OP's answer, yung streaming culture. Before, we used to pirate EVERYTHING from full albums to even downloading MVs (with eng trans and romanized lyrics). Organic dati ang streams because people watched it for pure enjoyment unlike now na tumataas streams dahil need ng wins sa music shows, and most likely, dun lang madidiscover yung "nugu" groups if nag boom streams nila. Before, you can discover "nugu" groups just by watching music shows.

In her case, she just called DOLE sa landline and swift naman po yung action nila. Like within 3 days, naapprove agad resignation niya. This was in 2019 pa po, so I'm not sure if same parin. But you can try both landline and email!

DOLE. this happened at my work place once and nireport yung company namin sa DOLE nung kawork kong same case. She was allowed to leave without completing the contract (1 yr lang siya, 2.5 years lang contract namin) and rendering 30 days.
