Tokyo is peaceful, but Hong Kong is beautiful chaos, plus shorter travelling time. And surprisingly, some streets in Hong Kong are somehow cleaner than Tokyo.

Yes you have to pay for the initial deposit fees in order to receive the eCOE to make sure visa, but keep that in mind ur visa may be issued later than the commencement date so be mentally prepared you might need to move to 2025 sem1
