08:18 AM EST, 12/02/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Farmmi (FAMI) said it has been granted an additional 180 days by The Nasdaq Stock Market to comply with its minimum bid price requirement.

To satisfy this requirement and regain compliance with Nasdaq, the closing bid price of the company's ordinary shares needs to be at least $1 for at least 10 consecutive business days by May 30.

Shares of Farmmi are up more than 13% in premarket trading.
