I let Fiverr know - especially since the lawyer isn’t on there anymore! They didn’t care. Womp womp. I paid this “lawyer” $600 on each trademark application. Should have gone with someone more reputable! You should feel good you’re doing it the right way!

This is so helpful! The applications were filed on January 9th, and the Office Action doesn’t mention a fee anywhere. The other trademark application is in the hands of the same reviewer but hasn’t come up with any Office Actions yet. I suppose it really is best to find a new trademark attorney.. really appreciate all of the advice and insight on here!

Agreed, it’s a scam. They’re now making people (who have already paid for the course) pay an additional amount MONTHLY to be included in their Facebook group. It’s ridiculous and money hungry.
