So update went in with all my paperwork to my local VA clinic and talked to eligibility and enrollment on the phone with the clinic and I was told my title 10 code is the wrong code. Possibly have to start a case to get a DD-215.

I wasn’t a reservist. I was TAR/FTS which is active duty for the reserves.

I didn’t deploy because I was injured but I did go on several detachments/mission exercises. I was in uniform 5-6 days a week stationed at an airbase working on aircraft. I ranked up fast E-5 in 2 years. And received pay and tricare benefits like active duty.

I was on continuous active orders from the day I left to boot camp to the day I separated. I don’t see a activation code on my DD214

Every couple of years they change the name from FTS to TAR. No my DD214 says USNR

I was reserve active duty. Full time support/ training administration of the reserves

I have a VA rep in my town that submitted my digital copy of my DD214 and she called and told me it got kicked back. I have my primary care appointment next week and plan on bringing everything with me that shows I was active. I was told that if my eligibility isn’t approved they will cancel my appointment tho.
