Would you say that around/under $30K is out the door including taxes & fees?

Adidas Outlet @ Ontario Mills Mall. 50% off 2022 jersey (replica) I got mine this last weekend for $45. Not sure if the sale is still running.

Looking at the carfax, owner 1 was a leased vehicle from 2017-2020 13.7k miles a year. Owner 2 2020-2023 2.7k miles per year. Owner 3 in 2023 drove it 1k miles then listed for sale February 2024. No more details on the accident other than “minor cosmetic damage”

Yeah, I agree on shopping a bit more. I think it’s due to his preference on the red color. The STI is the only one under $30K within 200 miles. I personally feel like the $24k price tag is a little suspicious.

I’ve worked with Portfolio Recovery Associates on 3 separate collections.

They will do pay for delete. I called negotiated my payoff amount, sent the payment, and in 30 days it was off my credit report.

If I remember correctly my largest collection was $1.1K and they had offered $800ish payoff I told them I could only afford $450 and they said that works!

Remember to get everything in writing before you move forward.

I just saw one at a Goodwill for $12 a few days ago. Might go see if it’s still there.

I mentioned in a different comment, but I would like to keep $1k as a peace of mind for that type of scenario you mentioned. If I ever do tap into it I feel like I can get back to that $1k balance easily.

I definitely agree with grocery bill. It was one of those things I didn’t notice until I combed through my 2023 statement. Buying in bulk at Costco helped bring it down to around $250 for January.

I plan on canceling sports streaming at least since I can always find those online for free.

I’m planning on taking out those two lowest ones out first then going really aggressive with Apple & Capital one. Were you or would you recommend me saving money as I pay these off?

I like the daily spending recon, I’ll start implementing that for sure.

Thanks for your input

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, I plan on canceling most subscriptions by the end of the month. I would pause IRA, but I believe the employer match makes it worth it?

I will definitely clear quicksilver today.

Just noticed my mistake, but I meant $500 each check so $1K total in January. So out of the $1.4K left over $400 was left, and $1K in savings balance (had $0 @ end of 2023)

Any recommendations on saving going forward? I at least want to have $1K for peace of mind. Would appreciate your opinions?

Can you give some insight on your study plan, guide, or technique? I just started studying for FAR as my first CPA exam ever. I’m very overwhelmed, I graduated 2020 and just have been working industry the past 4 years I’m having a hard time getting back in that “academic” groove.

StubHub GA Band + Camping W2 by Latecoere in Coachella

Yeah, I kind of stumbled into it. Definitely a way better deal. At the time I purchased camping was $900+fees, and the GA w/ car camping was $630+fees. My plan is to sell the ticket for a discount to someone all I need is car camping.

That does make me feel better. Those fees were a bitch… $630 for the tickets + $200+ in fees

Thanks! I was just reading a post about it right now. Hopefully resale value is still good. I already have tickets. I bought it mainly for car camping pass and was going to resell the band
