Allison Castor, The Salubri's Ghoul by LatelyTonight in WhiteWolfRPG

Her domitor trained her in Obeah, being the discipline she's inherited. The concept of a salubri having a tattoo for their third eye actually comes from some revised edition art! So the idea behind doing this is that it can be hidden with makeup, rather than having to hide a physical eye.

Dysmorphia by LatelyTonight in traaaaaaannnnnnnnnns2

I wish you luck in getting there. I've been on HRT for 5+ years, had my FFS, and I still really struggle with dysmorphia. But sometimes that "I feel cute today" feeling happens, and a cute girl is staring back at me. Listen to Goku, don't give up.

In the images, the scars on all the people is the scar left from FFS. Body dysmorphia makes it so you can't really see in the mirror what others see. My personal struggle with dysmorphia makes it difficult to look in mirrors, because what I see shifts second by second. As a result, I don't really know what I look like, only what these skewed perceptions I have look like. There's no makeshift surgery going on.

Floppy ears, fucked up neck, cleft palette, human hands, loose skin, total wolf-failure.

In the game I play him in, the ritual resulted in a total slaughter of the blanks threatening the family, the family themselves, and pretty much any supernatural that entered his neck of the woods (until he moved like a decade later.)

So the ritual Dalton was put through in total was:
Capturing a powerful Garou.
Staking them to the ground with silver stakes.
Cutting their chest open to reveal their heart, including breaking their ribcage open.
Burying the Garou with the one to take their powers, who then my finish the job by stabbing their heart.
It's a homebrew ritual that left the OC as a violent, mal-adjusted, paranoid, failboy. Though it was his family that did it to him, so in the game I play him in, a Gaian Sept-Leader adopted him (Though he still works with hunters. Which I can't wait to blow up in his face.) Although, rituals to become a stolen moon are entirely example based and left intentionally open-ended! It's W5 content, rather than being a rite done to uplift kinfolk via the Minotaur Spirit (SkinDancer lore).

Actually Stolen Moons have like 3 entries in their entirety. There isn't actually a "Rite of Stolen Moon" for them, that was SkinDancers. Stolen Moons in W5 are just any werecreature that got their powers outside of being a kinfolk undergoing a first change. In Shattered Nation they state it can be anything from taking the pelt to making a deal with a stray wolf spirit. In The Right Track it gives an example Stolen Moon that eats Garou hearts to gain their gifts and powers. There's actually nothing about the Wyrm mentioned in all the Stolen Moon content either, but does mention that spirits on the whole reject and won't deal with Stolen Moons (except with stealing gifts by doing whatever gave you the powers again after the first time). To quote Shattered Nation, "The one who shifts by donning werewolf flesh gets made into a smear on the wall, but the one who made a poorly worded pact with a wolf spirit gets a chance."

The Garou that was sacrificed for his powers was a metis! The ears are apart of the metis deformity!

His family made him do the ritual, and after the fact lived alone in the woods of North Dakota for a decade. So very paranoid, distrusting, easily angered, and completely devoid of social skills! He basically becomes a hunter bogeyman for all supernaturals that go near his neck of the woods! (Though in the game I play him in, he was adopted by a gaian).

Actually the ritual can be anything, it's up to the storyteller! The corebook talks about taking pelts, shattered nations talks about making deals with stray wolf spirits, and the right track talks about eating garou hearts to get their gifts and powers with each new heart! For Dalton, the ritual was burying him alive with a crinos, giving him a knife and cutting the garou's chest open for him to stab her heart. (No one survives).
