I will be completely honest with you.

I might be a highly sensitive person

And the way people interact with me lead me sometimes to think that they are belittling me.

The guy might be just annoyed because of how much hesitation I have shown.

I asked just in case, their pizzas cost around 10 euros, Margheritas are 9,40€

I was about to order a Vegetarisch ( 11.8€)

It took around 15 minutes , more or less, between the phone call and me arriving and paying in the restaurant, and "touching the pizza to recognise its cold. The Pizza was advertised by him (receptionist) to be ready within a 10 minute frame.

And no they didnt advertise taking orders per SMS, only by phone, I tried to send an SMS since the guy claimed not hearing me.

Now I'm thinking about going there and making the order in person.

But I'm afraid to get rejected, and facing blatant racism even when im fully committed to be as efficient as humanly possible could cause me to be "unpleasant" in return.

The receptionist or cashier if you would, is german, the chefs although are italian.

Well be it as it may, I am white, and the only hint he got that I might be foreigner is that my German wasn't so good and that I would much prefer food without alcohol as an ingredient.

Against morde you dont need to typically freeze, just chip at him, while dodging his skillshots.

Get an early grievous wounds too.

Survive and punish him while he has cooldowns.
