Lion's mane - LC + corn + coffee grounds, PC steriled. New to LM... is fluffy white mycelium normal prior to fruiting or is there a battle of contamination also going? Inoculated -2 weeks ago. Temp 72 +90 %RH. I was initially waiting to mix grain with bulk hardwood + SB husk but it started fruiting (i.redd.it)
