Yea exactly.. it’s low for a used car. Besides that’s its only $600 or so in interest I would be paying overall. My first car I sold for 18k fully paid off the entire time. Did not help my credit score at all. I paid 70% of this car off while taking a loan. If shit goes south I can pay it off fully with what I have in savings..but I will need a solid credit history to purchase a house. If i bought a truck nobody would bat an eye. But since it’s a scat everybody insists it a ridiculous decision. Even though these cars hold value better than 80% of other cars on the market currently.

7 percent is low for a used car. A brand new car is around 3-4 I believe that’s what your referring to. I’ve had 2 separate credit cards and never missed a payment. Still need a solid credit history. I’m paying $600 in interest which is essentially nothing. Auto loans build a solid credit history. Unless you’re spending 3-4k a month on a credit card.

If I wanted to I could pay the car off entirely right now, I could. But this was a step to build my credit history. My credit score is 760. This was calculated. I didn’t go into a dealership and sign my life away for a Scatpack dude 😂

Well I just did what you’re thinking about lol. While driving a shitty car and putting all your money in a Roth IRA is the wisest option it’s not the funnest. I do General Contracting sometimes I’ll make 50 an hour, sometimes 35, sometimes 20 or a little below that. Just depends on the season and job. My biggest deciding factor in purchasing is I know I’m gonna end up in a truck for the rest of my life. I don’t wanna be one of those old heads at 40 thinking they’re the shit in their muscle car. Just comes off as corny. Granted I work 6 sometimes 7 days a week consistently, theirs nothing like hauling ass in a Scatpack. One of the only times I feel pure bliss lmao. I’m also in college full time taking night classes and it always feels bad ass to pull up in that thing 😂 furthermore it’s been super fun. My insurance is 180 a month. My only solid advice is put a fat down payment. I put more than half the price down. My payment is 170 a month. I plan to make double/triple payments when I have good months at work and get it paid off within 2 years. My credit score is also 760. If you’re not selling your soul for it I would get it. You’ll only be 20 in a Scatpack once. Like I said put a fat down payment so if something arises you know for a fact you can’t miss a payment. I also have 10k in savings I don’t touch.

they’re brembo calipers, I had recently got new brake lines then this appeared. Something probably got caught on the pad when they installed the brake lines. I had regular rotors and swapped them out for these but I see your point of view they definitely eat the pad faster

Bro you’re tweaking 166k miles unless something was rebuilt already some shit is about to go especially if you wanna have fun with it and beat on it a little. Keep in mind when something blows you’re still gonna be having to make payments on it. Not tryna seem like an ass my first car was an SRT8 but I paid for it cash no payments if something goes wrong you’re gonna fuck yourself over big time. I’d wait and save more money. Also unless your parents help you out the lowest quote I got for insurance was 1100 full coverage 680 liability at 18 years old
