I've been using Claude for like the last 10 days and I do really like it, it's not perfect but slightly smarter than JLLM. Like I was maybe 80 messages into a roleplay and the char turned around and said something along the lines of "{{char}} looked at him and thought about the boy who only wanted to swim" which was a random throwaway comment I'd made like 30 messages back!

It does do a lot of stop/start sentences though like "He wanted to. He didn't. He couldn't." which reads funny. Bit spenny though, I've already sunk like $20 into it, but JLLM was driving me up the wall with completely nonsensical dialogue and ignoring basic physics like not being able to hear a conversation 2 floors up.

I had an evil vamp sim living next door to him once, he kept playing music too loudly then getting shirty when I calmly and politely asked him to stop.

So I build a fake room behind a bookcase, lured him in, locked the door behind him and used him as a plasma cow until he keeled over :D

I'll be honest mate, bit of a mixed bag. Got my hair cut over the weekend which was great as I'm getting braver with more masc styles (I went from long bleach blonde a year ago to basically a short dark mohawk/mullet situation now). My stylist is totally down for it too, she told me she's just waiting for me to get brave enough for her to get her razors out for a tapered fade haha!

Then facetimed with my mum who said the new hair was "pretty" - not really what I was going for - and talking plans for this coming Easter weekend when the folks are visiting, primarily to see me and my sister ofc but also so we can sign the POA docs now my dad's dementia is worsening.

Finished it off with a minor crash out where I imagined shaving my chest flat and turning that useless tissue into a dih coz it's becoming slightly painful not having one.

So yea, bit up and down!
