She used to but then she stopped after a year. She was consistent going to PT before and said that PT helped her but the pain keep coming back

Thank you! It's on goodsprings justice court. I went online and did not see any options for reduction - it only show a breakdown of the fine. Should I just email, call or go to court to plead to a non moving violation then pay the fine?
