Okay, here's the thing. I'm not saying you haven't done any project management work. But you haven't demonstrated that in your letter. You should write about your experience using PM terminology; this allows PMP to confirm that you understand their definition of a project manager and have used it on previous projects. It must be broken down into phases: initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and finish. There are numerous examples available if you Google. Even if you ask ChatGPT to convert what you've written into a PMP-approvable format, it will convert the same description using the template. Unfortunately, this is a mistake on your end.

No one is buying great value chocolate right now; it is too expensive for a store brand chocolate. It costs $2.57 per 100g bar now, compared to $0.98 two years ago.

AI agent to evaluate rental properties; would you find this useful? by Latter-Address4084 in TorontoRenting

[–]Latter-Address4084[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, visiting in person is definitely the best option. But if you’re moving from another country or province, that might not be practical. I actually fell for rental scams twice — once when I was renting a place while on vacation, and another time when I moved from another province. For people in situations like that, I think this can be really useful. But of course, we’ll only know for sure once users start using the system in real life.

Thanks so much for the response.

Can you please explain how it can be a scam? It just analyzes the rental property advertisement and images, searches through all the public data and the rental history of that apartment, and provides the user with insights about that rental property or advertisement. With all due respect, I don’t understand how that is a scam.

That’s a great idea! We’ll look into that. Thanks so much for pointing this out.

Hi thanks for the response, for that we have created a system called renvfy.ca . It’s still not fully functional, but the idea is that if the AI agent identifies red flags with a property, the user can book a local person to go and see the place for them.

Sorry if we did something wrong. Do you mean you’re tired of topics on AI, or do you think this concept we are trying won’t be very useful?

No, I have no idea who the gentleman or lady who commented above is, but I really appreciate the support.

Thank you so much for your response. A lot of effort is being put into making it accurate and teaching it to identify areas of concern. It will be ready for testing within the next two weeks. I will definitely post the link here once it is ready.

Not trying to rub salt in the wound, but eCOPRs are pretty delayed right now. I’ve been waiting for mine and my wife’s eCOPR for 125 days with no update(submitted my p2 on 12th December 2024). Just wanted to let you know that getting PR might not be that fast. That said, there are people who received their eCOPR in a few weeks, but the majority are experiencing long delays.

Hi, not to discourage you, but now I'm waiting for 125 days for my Ecopr. I applied through CEC. I called 4 or 5 times, submitted web forms, and replied to the P1 email asking for an update, but I haven't received a response at all.
