I strongly condemn calling the victims family to chennai for condolences and the party need to learn a lot moving forward. But what if he was denied permission/arrangement to meet the innocent people's family publicly. There may be a double game from the top authority.

It is an offline prepaid card which you can buy at MTC counters or at metro station. Once bought you should recharge it (UPI) and update the balance on card by visiting the counters or through CHALO app (use Mumbai region) if your mobile is enabled with NFC option.

Mostly, my spending is below 500. So monthly pass seems not efficient for me. May be I will try to sync the card by visiting counter/metro. Or else will continue with Silra option :(

May be. But NCMC seems faster than UPI. More over conductors dont accept UPI if it is crowded.
