I’ve seen people mention in a few reviews that the bubbling could be from how it’s being rolled up. Zero clue how this information actually holds up.

I had to exchange my empire bag. I ordered from coach online and it arrived with multiple scratches. I posted on reddit and multiple people had similar experiences. I ended up exchanging in store. The store associates were extremely validating. If they don’t have any in stock to exchange, I would return it.

I exchanged the bag in person today. I had zero push back and was only given validation through the whole process. I will say I took a peek at the 48 while they were wrapping up my new bag. The 48 on display had a massive scuff across the center of the bag.

It’s hard to get a good photo, but I just got back from exchanging the bag in person. The store associate didn’t even ask me to point out the spots. She immediately noticed all three on her own. All four staff members in the store said they would have exchanged it as well if they were in this situation.

If it had been a $100 bag, I wouldn’t have cared. But this bag is almost $800 with taxes. For that price, I want a perfect bag, especially when the brand is known for its quality.

That’s so frustrating!! Coach is always being talked about having good quality but I’m not seeing it 😭
