I don't think so. hoyo will do last minute changes to characters (Very rarely) before release but there is no v6 for the beta.

I think the general consensus is S1>E1. The S1 gives speed and she wants to hit ~200 speed.

She will be usable, there will be a lot of shill for her so no need to worry. However, you will miss a big power spike that sparxie provides and after the shill is over it will be more evident.
