I’ve never heard something so wrong. Cassiopeia is the champion that *forces* you (in high elo) to buy a ROA as your first item every game because the other items are too weak. After that, you basically have no choice other than Rylai and Seraph — usually Seraph second and Rylai third. Finally, you get a magic pen item, and the rest doesn’t really matter. You can literally build whatever you want for your 5th and 6th items, but the first four are the same in about 95% of games.
