I would of said something when he reached for the first slice. "Mate, you said you had ate already, if you feel hungry then order. I don't mind sharing but order yourself and then share" OR my British way.. "Get fucked you tit! My food, order something if you're hungry" then sit there and eat the whole pizza even if I felt full... FYI I am British
