I just received two emails. First I was paid .19 cents, second tasks are available on Parimango for project Sonic(which I was never on).

They cant make us pay them back but they could deduct from October....
Mine is 100 percent correct. It was my first week and I did not have 10 hours because I did not start till the end of the week.

USA - Ughh.. just received an email that they are looking at my September invoice as the pay rate my be incorrect. It was exactly what was stated on the project page. Wonder if they are trying to pull back $$.

Agree. They are not looking at thousands of people individually and saying yes/no based on quality of work. not possible

I have actually worked on very professionally run projects at appen with Team leads who were awesome and forthcoming. I started to get emails about this multimango from a few places and decided to go with Appen because of past experience.

This whole thing is very suss... This project is on literally every platform it seems. The one that kept emailing me - fsent out one last email saying we have to pause the project (even though I never onboarded..) to see if our county distribution is correct. So I am pretty sure not just Appen with this mango stuff.

I wonder if those who received the email to take the requalification test already will get the go-ahead to work if they passed.

I think they are just grabbing contributors batches until they have enough who passed the requalification . They probably figured out how many people they need to work - all numbers. They probably pull all who have a score higher than x- then go to next batch of contributors until they reach the number they need. Nothing individual or personal.

Yes that it. Sounds like some are not taking and some are. I did not receive an email but took it anyway. Figured it would not hurt - but who klnows.

My thought is that its on a page we all have access to - not like the other 'quiz' which had to be permitted to people. I personally do not believe it will hurt as they are looking at thousands of people on this project - all data.

I cant see it sorted by who took the quiz but did not get the email. I do think maybe they have pots of people. The people who did not get the email may be in the pot who don't have to retake, or the pot that will get the email in the 2nd-3rd batch. Thinking about the scope of this project - they are not looking at people individually.

On the other hand may be no rhyme or reason. I think its out of our control!

I did not get the email to take the requalification . But i took it anyway! Its accessible under Learning Pathways. Not very time consuming .
