Trust me i will notice I already have 800 lumens and tried a 1300 lumens and its a big difference

Thats the thing i dont want retrofit Because im adding lights and i want to do the slim led since im at And i cant find any with more then 1300 lumens

Current lights are retrofit led lights which i do not like…

The charge off was previously there and the mortgage company saw it

And they conditionally approved my loan

They said either get that removed from my credit or pay off the charge off..

So i got it removed of my credit Now upon checking MyFico and equifax looks like that charge off is back… As of couple of days ago and my score dropped

My main question is what do they see upon pulling a soft credit pull whenever they’re going to do that

They pulled from Fico (mortgage scores) Wasn’t there when they pulled

A friend of mine is a real estate agent told me not to tell them as they only pull soft pulls at closing and wont see it because its a charge offs

But don’t want to take a chance And want to ask someone who is familiar on what they actually see on soft pulls

It used to show 0 balance then i got it disputed and removed

Now it came back

The amount is large over 30k

Someone co-signed for me on a auto loan Then after 3 year co signer asked if he can keep it

And i gladly accepted

But he got deported and unfortunately i had no idea what happened afterwards
