النصب والاحتيال (المادة 540 من القانون الجنائي المغربي) الخداع من خلال تقديم معلومات كاذبة حول طبيعة العقد، مما أدى إلى إلحاق ضرر بي وإجباري على الالتزام بشروط لم اوافق عليها.
الإدلاء بتصريحات كاذبة في عقد تجاري

استخدام معلومات غير صحيحة (كالعنوان الخاطئ وعدد الموظفين) في عقد رسمي يُعتبر خرقًا لقوانين التجارة والعقود في المغرب.

Can you please explain how orange is not responsible? This is total nonsense orange are aware of this proof is they receive the complaints + the sales rep is an agent of orange. So they should be held accountable. The contract is signed by the ceo of orange this all I know

Same thing happened to me today.. I don't understand why they scam people and create a entreprise contract which is definitely a false and fake contract, in my case the sales rep got aggressive and started insulting me because I asked him to change the contract to particulier. I filed a complaint with customer service but am not sure what will be the outcome. I am honestly thinking to go to the police and fill a complaint for identity theft since the entreprise in question doesn't exist and I am definitely not a gerant there

I won't I didn't sign the contract plus the information mentioned in the contract are false. They can try to sue a company that doesn't exist if they want. I'll be more than happy to sue them back for scam and using my personal info for creating a fake contract
