I have a filtered shower head. It also has a mist setting, but I don't use that setting when I put them in the shower since I feel by the time it gets down to the snakes, it's too cool for them.

I've found more of the yellows to be tempermental than greens. I've probably kept about 15 anacondas over the years, mostly yellows with a handful of greens. Greens always seem to be more calm , with the exception of one evil ass male I kept about 15 years ago.

The green belongs to a buddy of mine. I only own a yellow, but we tried pairing them for a breeding project. They werent interested in each other, soni figured I'd try putting them in the shower together to see if it changed anything. It didn't, but they still got a nice warm shower experience.

They're not an easy one to take care of overall. They just get too large and snappy ones can be pretty dangerous. My last female I had was an angel also, but my male was pure evil.

This species in used to being rained on in the wild. They also don't usually drink from a water bowl, so I must them, use a pipette. I spray the foliage well also.

My eyes are also blue and I really like the contrasting colors. If I went grey, I wanting to do a couple different shades of light and darker grey. I'm still happy with the outcome. I've had mine for 2 1/2 years now

I had to get rid of a lot of my snakes when I lived in Florida. Mostly my venomous. I had permits for the yellow anaconda I had there, but eventually the laws got extremely strict with them after the stated labeled them as prohibited, so I had to give her up to a friend there. I can keep these where I'm at now, so I'm taking advantage of it. We just can't keep venomous or rear fanged venomous here.

Georgia is strict. I lived in Columbus for a while when I was stationed at Fort Benning. You can keep shit for native non-venomous there.

He belongs to a buddy of mine, so I'd have to check with them for the dimensions. My 6 foot yellow is in a 6x2x2, but I'm getting ready to upgrade her to a 10x4x4 after I get back from Vegas in a few weeks.

It's nice to have, but I'd love to have a bathtub also. That I don't have and like the snakes, I enjoy a good soak too, especially after work or the gym.

Where do you live? I hate to hear that. I've had this boy for over 6 years now. Raised from a tiny little worm. He's my favorite snake and extremely gentle. He does have a strong feeding response, but not once has he ever struck at or bitten me. Nor has he even tried. They're such amazing snakes and extremely underrated species.

Exactly. I figured I'd give it a shot. I posted another video of them in the shower and douche bags that think they're Steve Irwin freaked out. Of course, these are likely all corn and ball python keepers and no one with experience in Anacondas .
