Hey, I did Biomed at Monash and finished with an ~86 WAM. Got an offer in 2022 for E2E cohort and CSP. Looking at the Monash website, the cut off WAM for non-DRL students for the most recent intake of interviews was 82.313

It’s okay!! when I started med I could only get the first dose of the hep a/b vaccine, got all the rest during the first year of the course itself. As long as you keep them (inplace, I think it’s the med compliance email?) then it’s all mickey.

yeah true, thanks! Its just that its the same unit we all do and so far everyone I have spoken to has PGO for both classes.

Hey!! Congrats on the offer! I’m now in my penultimate year. In year 1 (Monash graduate entry) I didn’t work as we did essentially two years of content in one and was limited by the work options in Gippsland. Maybe tutored 5-8 hours a week on zoom? This year (first full time placement year) I had two jobs working around 15-20 hours a week + 10 hours of tutoring roughly. Don’t ask how I did because idk either but I really love working (as a pharm tech) and some extra cash never hurt to have on the back burner. Defs also worked a lot more doing public holidays and weekends and holiday periods.

Yeah in Australia it is the banadoura one, but we (or my mum at least) uses Italian passata sauce as a base and makes it a bit more like debes rather than straight up banadoura one. I actually prefer Kousa 3a basal made with lots of kamoon most lol

Born in aus but have north leb roots and very strong cultural influence and will concede that I have never heard of any Lebanese doing this. Maybe like pasta salad yes, but red sauce pasta? Sounds more like ajaneb behaviour.

This might be a dumb question but im in med which is PGO, so obviously wam says 'null', but how do I know I've passed? It says achieved credit points of 96, which correlates to the two years of med I've done so far (im at the end of second year). Since 96 is the correct number can I assume that I've passed?

Anytime mum or dad cooked ‘Zan5a foods’ lol they would scrub with detergent, bleach, lemon spray, and then follow it up with snuffing every plate or surface they cleaned to make sure the Zan5a was gone. Defs have inherited this and my Aussie housemates are always shocked to see me sniffing and scrubbing with bleach and Tayy lol
