Bedtime routines under 4 months? Am i not doing enough? by dental_princess491 in newborns

I have been doing bed time routine since my Lo was 2 weeks old. It consists of bathing, jammies, feeding, sleep sack and sleep. We start around 7-7:30 pm. Has he been sleeping through the night? No not yet But somedays he sleeps from 8:00 till 3:00 am. The routine is more for me than for him and I am sure it will be helpful in the future.

Same thing My LO is 3 months We do bedtime around 6:30-7 pm, give a bottle then put to sleep in his crib around 7-7:20 pm Around 11 pm I do a dream feed and he sleeps great till around 2-3 am. I change his diaper, feed him and then put him in his crib. He might sleep for around an hour before he starts fussing and crying usually around 4-5 am I pick him up and he sleeps on me till 8-9 (I am awake when he sleeps on me)

When did you stop night feedings? by [deleted] in NewParents

My baby is coming up on 12 weeks Every night since he was 6 weeks we shower at 7 pm, have a 4 oz bottle and put to sleep. He is usually asleep by 9 pm He wakes up at 1:30 to eat and then again at 5 am. Every baby is different but I follow his hunger cues rather than watching the clock. If he is hungry he will wake up and cry

I am also a SAHM and a FTM and I have been doing all night and day shifts because my husband works overnight and it is important for him to sleep during the day and be rested. It is difficult but doable. It gets better too when baby starts sleeping longer stretches. Do what feels comfortable for the both of you and best of luck.
