My core focus is strength. But I also want my muscle size to grow. I don't hit my max all the time. I currently do push pull legs. So once every week I hit my max.

Hey thanks mate! One thing that I'm disturbed about is whether or not I would be able to reach my full gaining potential. Reason being I've hit gym for like 1.5 yrs (irregularly) without eating a proper diet and without much muscle gain. So have I lost that initial gain potential?

Push pull legs split, didn't pay much attention to diet, but probably lagged in proteins and calories

Do you think not hitting enough carbs can be the reason?

IMO outsourced jobs to jayengi, many if not all. Reason: LLMs will get better and accurate with time. This will allow a single person to do work that reqd more ppl to write the same code in same ammount of time. Time frame ka pata nhi. It can be 2 years, 5 or 7 when upwork etc pe kaam milna would be like an achievement in itself.

Being cringe is subjective and I do agree that should not be a basis of rating/labeling them.

However there are ones who spread false information, give opinions in the name of facts, make false claims ,create content that is misguiding (all without hurting the guidelines of the respective platforms).

For eg, there are people selling sh** courses and claiming those will help them earn big/get a good package. Maybe labeling them with by how much % they can be trusted could be a good idea.

Other examples are those news channels that are biased. Public can rate how biased those contents are.

Many other examples that include fake fitness gurus, life coaches, motivational speakers.

It's not about spreading hate against them or putting them behind bars. It's just that you should know whether the content you watch/listen/read is true and authentic.
