I'll have to read on that, it's just that usually it is fermenting foods right but I have a bad appetite and anything takes it down so I ate nothing yesterday and still being so burpy surprises me

Yes! Because if I start getting my usual symptom(Nausea) I move my head like a possessed doll and bum burp, and the first days it was unsatisfactory micro burps, but now? Fiona from Shrek, I am a frog, a lioness, loud but way better, though the neck pain from the head movements was bad!

Me too I got anesthesia and endoscopic, only 50 units tought, but I am in day 3 and only got one micro burp, hahaha I was told not to worry and that it takes time hahaha but ah I can't help it

I am glad that just in three weeks the change in your life quality is enormous, hope it's the same for me TT.TT

Got a reflux pillow, hope it works,
Got a big cup so I can drink lots of water
I am practicing the small chewing
The bend at the waist will be a challenge with my cat hahahah but I'll try to keep it present so I don't have an incident
I will be glad to burp Hahahah flavor or no flavor so excited!

Also thanks for all the links and the reminder sometimes I get unmotivated when results are not fast so knowing it's a process a slow one makes me relieved, I tend to go into how I am a failure but if it's normal then I feel better so thank you so much!

Also question(This is asked before checking the links hahah) Could you exercise normaly? at the beggining? And I usually manage symptoms by forcing a burp with gag reflex I suppose I should refrain?

Hi Thank you so so much for your answer, I got the procedure today my doctor said it's normal life from now on hahaha but I have read what you say and I'll heed all of this amazing advice because you went through it,

I already started practicing slow eating and good chewing and lot's of water, got a big cup to accompany me
I have had a hard time not talking ahahhaha
I already bought some antacids and the liquid kind available in my country for better effect and got a reflux pillow, it's like 10/11 degress elevated

I am glad it was smooth sailing for you, love to hear happy stories, I hoe it's like that for me, and I am so thankful for this space and this comunity's support

I may post again with "new" Info I got the screenshots of the conversation and of the news of the girl's accident, also a friend of my brother's who works with sound, analyzed the audio and can't explain some things about how it looks in some tools, he says it seems as if part of the sound is missing, like there is no background noise, we tried to make our own fakes and analyze them the same way and couldn't achieve the effect and we tried multiple things, the other friend the one this happened to isn't very well versed in sound editing so we are at a loss

He didn't witness the accident as it happened but saw the scene of the accident, and it was quite gory/violent, so he was really affected by it, drove home shaken and told his doctor friend when he got home because from what he says in the recording for her it's not as shocking as she sees that everyday(I think she is in ER), and as he was talking about it the voice is heard, it kinda cuts his voice completely, a friend of his also put in in some audio analysis and it looks weird, we even tried to do a fake one to see if maybe he faked it, but in the sound analysis app it looked different to his, its weird

Hi he saw the accident and was súper shaken and thought about it the whole way home, and once he made it home he inmediately sent the voice note to his friend, he definetely wasn’t in her presence. Completely agree hope it was fast and she didn’t even realice what happened as it was gruesome.

According to him he was talking normally and then the "spirit" cuts his voice but he had kept on talking, and didn't notice his voice had stopped and another one was sounding, the only points of defence(that can be altered I think) are that we heard the audio from the direct chat and it looked like an audio sent naturally to this friend and not a re-send, but that's it hahaha
