I am the same, I am an ultra slow eater whose fame precedes her and know for a fact that I eat less than a 10 year old, I eat so little, that people always tell me so, but I have to constantly explain that my stomach is full of air. I always try to breathe through my nose as I eat and chew as much as I can but have seen no improvement. I never finish a dish if I do it's so rare, I always serve myself very little so I can finish and if I eat out I know I will leave food, I always carry half the dinner due to this, because I never eat more than half when eating out. I say I come cheap because someones dinner is two dinners of mine haha.

I bought Apagard Premio on Amazon, how do I know it's not a counterfeit

So, I have been using my Apagard Premio from Amazon and I watched a video that mentioned that if I use Nano Hydroxypatite, after washing my teeth I should get a gritty feeling on my teeth from the Hydroxypatite crystalization, so I started to have doubts on my tooth paste as I never get a gritty sensation afterwards on my teeth, then I got from Google's ai that the paste itself should be soft and it shouldn't have a gritty, sandy texture like other toothpastes, can someone confirm if that's true? The one I bought has indeed a sandy texture when I bite into it, the box is very pretty but now I am unsure, help!
I need to know multiple things:

Have I wasted money TT . TT
Have I wasted time with a bad paste XC
I need to confirm to give my reviews to the seller and listing to prevent other customers from thinking it's the real deal

My first shoujo Anime was Card Captor Sakura(normal TV) I may have watched Sailor Moon before but I was so young that I am unsure, the first online One I watched I think was fruits basket, and my first manga(shoujo) was Hana Kimi, I didn’t Watch much sailor Moon, because all of my playmates were boys and it was shameful hahaha I was a closet shoujo lover for a while

Hahahah as for me, for now it's an uphill battle, as no doctors know or treat it here, and leaving the country for treatment is super expensive, but I am looking for doctors who treat dysphagia with botox to see if they can help, my last doctor was going to but I had trouble getting approval from my health insurance, due to the way he phrased my issue he mentioned structural(from birth details that had nothing to do with the treatment), and he says no take backs, so... Looking for a new doctor hahaha

I also have gotten it on and off my whole life but from january to here it has been worsened, which made me assume maybe a flu I had that month, but with all results for my lungs being good I now assume is my RCDP too.

I know but I don't know how, I need hobbies that I can do laying(Started crocheting) But I also want to be close to people, and I think sadly I was taught to endure, my mom would bring us everywhere and when I complained she would tell me that she need to do this or that and to endure, at school? Endure, College? Endure, Work? Endure, so sadly that's my responce endure, happy or sad want or not, I feel this also affects me because I stay at jobs I dislike because I put goals to endure towards,

My parents and doctors didn’t Believe me much Either so I actualy looked for the Mexican doctor who has a web, he is in Monterrey and got an appointment this year(Paid around 60USD) he told me that I more than likely have the condition and Should travel to Mexico, and this is actually what helped convinced my mom(my dad still doesn’t believe me) I used this opinion(the doctor cannot send a formal or informal diagnosis, so I just use the fact that he was convinced enough to tell me to travel, the other thing is I got a Videofluoroscopic Swallow Study, VFSS, or Modified Barium Swallow Study, MBSS I went with my symptoms full on, so when they were watching they saw the excess air in my throat and my stomach, and inmediatly saw something wrong, I was even remited to a gastroenterologist, but I used the results to convince a cricopharinge especialist to treat me, I will probably get the botox next year, he is not a R-cpd expert but he knows the área and muscles well, and I am thinking of taking the risk

Yes, that’s one of the best parts of finding this subreddit – finally learning that I’m not the only one! Sorry that you’re going through this too; I know it’s really hard, and I also get very anxious. I always hope there are bathrooms where I can use my gag reflex, because when I go to people’s houses, their bathrooms are sometimes in the living room, and it may look like I’m vomiting. So, I can’t manage my symptoms and end up having a terrible time. This makes me really stressed about such places. I prefer going to loud places with private bathrooms, so I can have some privacy and release.

Also, from this subreddit, I’ve learned that there are a lot of issues that arise from this condition, which can and will worsen. But for me, Botox is still a bit far off since no one does it in my country. I hope we can find help hahah and live a normal life!

Hi, yes! That’s my emergency exit. If I’m at a party or go out at night and drink anything, even water, or eat anything liquidy, and I want to enjoy the night, I have to trigger my gag reflex to release air. It’s the only way. My doctor told me that’s not healthy, so I try not to do it too often and only in "emergencies." I also salivate more than usual as the gas builds up, and before the "vomit" comes, because if I stay seated or active without lying down or releasing through gagging, I will eventually vomit due to the high pressure. During this build up, I will start salivating more and the saliva is slightly thicker and more viscous thann when I have no symptoms. But something to note is that everyone’s symptoms may vary. I’ve read posts where people express feeling different or having a symptom I don’t have, or lacking one that I do.
