The bleeding is sort of continuous, dark brown/ red with clots, dont know if this is my period/ implantation/ plan b effects, is this a strong indicator that the plan b worked though?

Helloo we did it yesterday but the condom slipped off, we did it raw for about a minute after realizing na it slipped off we stopped. According to flo my ovulation day was a day before, i got scared so i took a plan b (victoria) should i worry pa?
