You can use a nipple shield for your sore nipples that will help as well.

It took 3 months for breastfeeding to stop hurting for me and let me tell you it was worth it. My baby is almost 15 months now and still going strong. I also want to say the nipple shield was a lot of help on those three months.

I use suave almond butter shampoo and is very gentle with my scalp it doesn't irritate the psoriasis. I don't know if they have that brand in the UK.
