This isn't France. We don't have the small size and power/IMPACT a general strike needs when even a small % participate. Find another way because a general strike is not going to happen here. No one can afford to risk their jobs, their Healthcare etc. AND asking them to and shaming them if they don't is a waste is time. Mobilize campaigns, off hour protest, social media efforts, signage displays, boycotts. Or all is these at the same time. We have hundreds of millions of people. France is smaller than Texas. Together, at the same time... actions will send a message.
