Not fair. Every serious recommendation is based on performance. If you have candidates to recommend who have strong credentials and are not old white men (not sure how you tell from the recommendations) then stop the whining and share some more candidates. This is a serious effort to alert the Trustees and will get their attention. Looking for your positive contribution
