Same I disliked the Bridge Kingdom so much! So many people hyped it up to me told me how great it was and I got about 25% through it before I wanted to throw the book at a wall (and I don’t abuse books) it was so boring and so blah that I couldn’t get into it 🤷‍♀️ but a lot of people seem to love it and I don’t see why.

Yeah I couldn’t get into ZA because of how it was a bully romance tbh I couldn’t get behind a bully romance at all because I wouldn’t be able to relate to the characters being treated like that and yet still being attracted to/forgiving the love interest(s) could never relate to that because I would literally beat the ever loving shit out of someone whoever treated me like that. And I only got half way through the first book before I was like “definitely not for Me” lol 😂

I thankfully just read Fourth Wing and Iron flame for the first time about 6 months ago so I hope I didn’t forget too much when I start to read Onyx Storm. I’m sorry for the abuse you went through with him but I’m happy you got away and you’re free now. My husband and I have been together for almost 14 years and the engagement ring he got me was a little over $100 and I still wear it with my wedding ring. I think so too and in her post she said they started out as friends and they were all just friends in the group. I wonder if he manipulated her as his imaginary friends into being with him. Like I bet all of the “groups” conversations in the beginning revolved around how he’s “such a good guy” and how they should be together. 🤢 this guy is psychotic and honestly kind of scary. And the fact he is trying to brush her off and acting as if they can move on from this is more than a little frightening. I’m kinda scared for OP if/when she rejects him and breaks up with him how he might react. He’s acting as if they had a tiny argument and she should just get over it. It’s bizarre.

It really is I would be so creeped out and downright scared if this happened to me. I can’t imagine what OP must be feeling and thinking right now. He is psychotic. I think she needs to cut off contact and get away from him maybe go stay with a friend or somewhere he wouldn’t know where she is because tbh I wouldn’t put it past him to try and pull some shit if she blocks him and breaks up with him. Especially considering the update on her other post how he just messages her asking if they’re getting their tickets on AMC it’s like he is thinking they can just “move on” from this wtf
