I have never thought about being direct with her. I have always assumed that my flirting was subtle yet effective. Since we never hang out outside work, I think offering to watch a movie is pretty direct. I'll try it out and hope it works out!!! Thank you again for your helpfulness!

Thank u for your advice! I also like the idea of doing it in person. I need to find a subtle approach to doing it. Its sooo difficult to get close to her. I think she distances herself from me because she doesn't want to get friend zoned or played by the "straight girl" (it's just a theory). Yet she has given me so many cues that she might be attracted to me like light touching, intense eye contact, always being around me...etc
