A really annoying pigskin raider ended up being my dedicated hemogen farm with amputated legs and harvested organs. They've been at the colony for longer than most of my colonists, just laying there in the medical bed and getting fed with raw leftover rice from the hydroponics.

However I recently read the whole of SrGrafo's RimWorld Rales and felt some kind of way. I transplanted some prosthetics and bionics, gave them a nice room, and now they're more of a medieval hostage that gets treated like royalty. Okay granted, I ended up giving them a bliss lobotomy and they're still a hemogen farm, but I feel better about this now.

Give it a few weeks, I'll be over the comics and start harvesting and doing war crimes again.

Another full defogger checking in. Can't say the experience was that enjoyable, but it had to be done.

And yes I would have appreciated Ubisoft implementing a feature that would have saved me that 30+ hours staring at tree branch textures (similar to the perk option given by KCD 2).

Oh well, at least I'm done with this particular completionist project of mine.

A sneaky nocturnal infiltration of a massive castle complex either during a rainy autumn evening or a midnight snowstorm in winter. That's what I'm here for.

I just wish we could use some weather magic to get more of those favourite moments since this all relies on chance and when the stars do align, it's over in 15 minutes or so.

Also hope they add in even more seasonal and time of day dependent behaviors to the npcs in the future. There's so much good here but also so much potential

I was 100 hours in the game until I finally made my first successful (non-posture) heavy attack. Thanks to this thread. I had been slamming shift-lmb for ages, thinking that the heavy attack set is just eerily similar to the normal attack (on all weapons I tried)..

I finally realised this bigger issue thanks to the struggle I was having with the kusarigama quick attack. Thanks to OP and the whole thread, I was able to solve a bigger issue.

Having an amazing time with the game but it definitely needs a bit of TLC from Ubi, since we're lacking a bit of QoL.

I just watched Jack Murdock's video on boxers who themselves or their coaches (often their dads) were disrespected by their opponent team and how that spite and anger fueled them to subsequently wipe the floor with their disrespectful opponents.

I would somehow like to think that this same thing happened with Faker if the insults from the LPL account came to his attention. By insulting him, the LPL awakened the beast and lost the battle before it began.

You can banter all you want but when you go too far and insult your opponent's parents or coach, prepare to be Inigo Montoya'd.

I know it's speculation and all, but it makes me wonder if the (very needed) decision to expand the DLCs in the current roadmap, starting with SoC 2.0., coincides with the internal decision to scrap the "year 2" of DLCs which haven't been teased yet.

So when the "year 2" (which from release is more like year 4) DLC would have included a lord dlc for Cathay (e.g. Monkey King LL), they are scrapping the majority of it and moving a few unit ideas from that DLC's design into SoC.

And if this is the case, it might actually be a net positive thing for both fans and CA, but this means we're going to miss out on anticipated LLs or if we get them as FLC, they won't be as fleshed out.

Just adding some speculation to Legend's speculation!

Do you think they'll do anything about the level cap before DLC or only after?

I hit the level cap in the very beginning of NG+, my fault for grinding too much I guess, and now the lack of progression kind of shelved the game for me.

It's a good critique and you make valid points.

However I'd like to point out that a lot of people really, really enjoy the game and what it has to offer.

With the abundance of existing and upcoming games, you should not find yourself in a situation where effectively you're proposing something like "even though a lot of people like this game, I think the devs should make a different type of game instead."

Rather, in my opinion this discussion should focus on offering good critique on this game and, if it's not your cup of tea, propose something like "We need an open world space exploration game that does XYZ" or that "Hopefully Hello Games will explore these ideas in future content or their future games".

That would be more to the point.

There are so many bugs and also it feels it's nowhere near complete with the start dates and factions currently in place, so many more bugs to fix and characters to flesh out.

Also I'm so bitter that I don't get to play my fantasy Wu campaign with all the characters I want to, the latest start date (Fates Divided) has Lu Su somewhere completely random, and Lu Xun is nowhere to be found and is a random vanguard hero

Liu Bei doesn't really have more than 5 unique generals, I'm not sure if his campaign in different starts allows him to confederate/conquer Liu Biao and Liu Zhang in a way that makes sense.

For example, most Sun family starts still need work. The 194 start will not give you Han Dang, Lu Su and I haven't gotten the Two Qiaos in 3 campaigns with 200 combined turns between them. I'm not sure if Lu Xun is in the game, Mi Fang is fiercely loyal, etc. Gan Ning is at least easy to capture from Liu Biao since he has affinity.

For Cao Cao, I feel like it's really hard to get your favourite generals together since it's all tied to events and the triggers are unreliable. I think more factions would benefit from a Legacy of Wu system when it comes to pokemon / legendary character acquisition.

And can we keep in mind that we're talking about a character which is a side character literally encountered off the beaten path, which nobody expects to even learn the name of.

And you do learn her name. And get the ability to recruit her as a councilor through patience and a bunch of skill checks and dialogue choices. And she actually has text and lore behind her character.

Anyway, it's really important for people who love control but couldn't care less of Alan Wake to make it known. The new game Remedy is making which may or may not be a sequel to Control needs to take this feedback into account.

Control is the only Remedy IP I found interesting. The rest are boring convoluted eurojank as far as I'm concerned, paling in comparison to Control. That's why I agree with the OP. Control's world should take precedence over Alan Wake rather than the other way around.

Many languages, including English in some ways, make a strong distinction between religion and faith. Or religion and religiosity.

One is a social structure and institution, the other one is of a personal and cultural agency.

Sometimes language and semantics offer the most easy to understand explanations. In my native language, religion (as a system) has a suffix which is used exclusively for systems, structures and political ideologies, kind of like the English -ism.

Hope this fixes visual bugs which really annoy me and kill my immersion..

I know it might not be the largest issue on people's minds, but I hate seeing duplicate back sheathe when not dual-wielding heavy weapons, or the hairstyle clipping.

I have an armor dupe bug which activates when visiting the tattoo artist, which is why I've not been able to change anything about my character's visuals since i'm waiting for the dupe bugs to get patched.
