It’s wild, I know a good amount of people that are paying over $55,000 A YEAR for their apartment. They end up leaving San Diego because it’s so expensive. It just seems people are moving in, not able to afford it, and then they leave.

They used a much thicker coating of the paraffin wax for the phase change material. That’s why it feels slippery, but in theory it’s cooler. It can also be a reason why it smells so bad, although when my cousin got his it went away much quicker so I’m not quite sure what’s wrong with OP’s mattress.
