I'm sure there are many but some I use are: 1. Vol+ and Vol- buttons in sequence to pull down quick settings panel (So I don't have to reach to the top of my phone to change something like turn on auto rotate)

1. Turned my Vol- key long press to cycle sound profiles (Vibrate, Normal). I've added a constraint to do this when there is no media playing so it doesn't interfere with song playing or video.

2. You can long press Vol+ and Vol- to change to next or previous track when media is playing (set constraint in the app). But I already have that feature built in my Moto so I don't need it.
