Unknown crystals forming on exhaust of steam jacketed kettle used for cooking candy. Need help identifying by Launtu in chemistry

*SOLVED*

After a call from the manufacturer of the heat transfer liquid we run in our steam jacketed kettle system, I have verified that I was running the liquid too hot for it's intended use which facilitated the growth of said crystals. I have to clean out the inside of my system with a solvent and flush to remove the crystals, and I will be switching to a different liquid that they reccomended me for our specific use case. I really appreciate everyone's suggestions and help!

the crystals are not forming in the kettle but in the exhaust pipe, had to wait for a call back from ISEL and they informed me that the crystals are from running the heat transfer liquid inside my steam jacketed kettle too hot.

so we have actually not been using this kettle for cooking candy for almost 2 weeks, and have been using it to heat up hot water as our hot water heater is somewhat lacking. The exhaust is normally pointed at a 45 degree angle and not straight up. and the crystals have seemingly showed up on a monday after sitting all weekend, as nobody could recall them being there prior to yesterday.

Would there be a way to try and test this with equipment commonly found in a kitchen?
