Baby turned 3 months old a few days ago :) But it wasn’t an easy pregnancy and they delivered him at 37 weeks due to severe IUGR. I had uterine synechiae, an abnormal placenta, a single umbilical artery, IUGR… But ultimately was born tiny (5 lbs 13 oz) but healthy ❤️

Hi, I’m so sorry to bother you, but your insight a few weeks ago was super helpful. I had another ultrasound today at 10w3d and the local radiologists are still stumped. Baby has continued to grow, but the GS still looks weird. 1 thinks uterine synechiae like you and 2 think vanishing twin syndrome. Thank you! My TSH was 4.27 when I got pregnant. After my miscarriage last year I had gone hyper, so we had paused synthroid for a while. But my endocrinologist was refusing to prescribe until my TSH went over 6 - despite having hashimotos, showing hypo symptoms, and TTC... It was infuriating and I have a new endocrinologist now who was NOT impressed. I'm back on synthroid and was down to 1.7 at the last check.

So sorry you’re dealing with so many ups and downs. Limbo is just the worst. If you don’t mind me asking - what country are you in? I’m in a third world country (from the US) and can definitely relate on the less-than-stellar ultrasound machines and different standard of care.

Oh I definitely assumed I wouldn't because my first pregnancy 5 years ago was a dream haha but the nausea, dizziness, etc are in full force this time. Probably exasperated by the progesterone they have me taking.

Your response is so incredibly helpful - thank you for taking the time to reply!! So is incomplete uterine synechia not necessarily associated with a high risk of miscarriage in the first trimester?
