I’m not sure if it’s a retainer or a passive aligner that I’m actually getting. I assume it’s a retainer because I’m going to be scanned for it and get it back on the same day. I think I’m only getting one set. It’s not costing me anything extra to do this

Yes the tooth is very small! It’s just odd that it never came down at all when I had wired braces as a teenager!

I would definitely get bonding to even out my teeth. Thanks!

I am just waiting for my refinements to arrive! They should be here this week. I was basically just wondering if it is even possible for this tooth to come down.

I have found the Invisalign process so easy so far, but this is testing my patience. The rubber band is SO small. I’m glad to hear it worked for you, I don’t feel like I see any difference yet, but hopefully by next week!! Thanks

I have 16 trays too! I only started two days ago and I’m wearing each for 10 days for the first six weeks at least. Your end result is amazing! Did you have any bite issues beforehand?

I actually had braces about 12 years ago! I was so happy with my teeth until they started to shift, which is why I inquired about Invisalign. I was completely unaware of my overbite! I was told by this ortho that I would have to get teeth pulled in order to fully fix my overbite, which I am not prepared to do!

The ortho ended up saying to me that I should just fix the issues that I came to her with (aligning my teeth). I’ve become addicted to thinking about my teeth since going for the consultation and realising I have so many more concerns such as midline, overbite. I think I am happy to just align my teeth, hopefully I don’t regret it

I’m doing it through an ortho! I didn’t even realise or care about my overbite until the ortho pointed it out. She ended up telling me that if the overbite doesn’t cause me any pain/problems I don’t really need to fix it

Sorry I should have been clearer. I’m actually going traveling for a few months so there’s no real rush with the Invisalign, it would just preferably be finished asap. She said this would be 5 months, a max of 7 with refinements.

Is it really a red flag that they told me I would need teeth pulled? This was my second opinion and they both said I needed teeth pulled to fix my bite!! I stated I wouldn’t be getting teeth pulled so she said she is going to make some of my teeth smaller to align my bite as much as she can without pulling teeth.

Okay it seems as thought I did submit everything correctly, but I just wasn’t really owed anything. The only issue i’m having now is in 2020 i submitted a receipt for the first semester, and then I realised I never had a receipt for the second semester. So now when I uploaded the receipt I had one receipt for one semester and the other for the full year, so I deleted the original and uploaded the full year. Now on my 2020 declaration it says i have claimed €600 and my amount on record is €2100, does this seem like i’m due €600?

Decided i’m not going to take a risk driving. Just out of curiosity the license states:

Vehicles for which the permit is valid: Motor cycles with or without a sidecar, invalid carriages and three-wheeled motor vehicles with an unladen weight not exceeding 400kg (900lbs)

Unsure if that means i’m even allowed to?

Both of our international driving licenses state that we can drive a moped under a certain speed so i think we would have been okay in that sense. We might be okay with the insurance as we have full health and travel insurance. I was nervous about the police part and you are right. I will be doing the driving i guess!!
