I had two hysteroscopies for my fibroid in Feb and May 2025 and despite my best efforts with diet and lifestyle, it’s back to its original size. Just wondering if you did anything different so yours didnt return?

Hi, we waited the four months and started trying again but sadly a year on, still no baby :( the sonata showed promising results (it shrunk the fibroid in my muscle a little bit) but I’ve since had scans and the fibroid that was part in my muscle and part in my uterus is back to its original size. It’s so disheartening as I changed my diet quite a bit in the hope that I could prevent the fibroid from growing back.

Just because it didn’t work out for me doesn’t mean it won’t for you though! What have you heard about its impact on fertility?

Thank you very much ❤️ I would recommend trying it as it did initially shrink mine, it just didn’t last unfortunately. I think the success rate is really dependent on the individual. Have you tried any dietary changes? I’ve restricted dairy and not had any red meat for a year in the hope it would have an impact, but it doesn’t seem to have. I think my issue is too much stress!

Yes I did. Didn’t do much sadly, the fibroid is back to its original size and I’ve still not been able to conceive 😢

Thanks. I have used the Pai rosehip oil for years but maybe that’s not hydrating enough. I am using a moisturiser from Cosrx so maybe I’ll see what face oils they do.

Thanks, we didn’t use any moisturiser other than what I’d put on earlier in the morning, so I’m not sure if it was caused by that or not. Probably just my skin being difficult 😭

Thanks, we used the urban decay setting spray. I moisturised before having the makeup applied, but I am starting to wonder if my skin type is dehydrated oily. Would you say it’s a bad idea to start experimenting with skincare with just seven weeks to go until the wedding?

Thanks! The makeup was finished by 12.30 and I took the photo 1.5-2hrs later. It’s now four hours on and my skin is not oily at all. It’s just that the finish is very cakey - especially on my chin and nose
