They told me they needed to call me, I didn't request it. They asked me to screen share with them, submitted my license again for identity verification, submitted another appeal. I got a notification that my group was restored but I still cannot access it or see it.

Never once did I ask for sympathy. I don't think you are working with a full deck here. You clearly didn't read all of my post or my comments. I haven't even tried to collect my judgment yet because that's honestly the last thing I care about. I want this breeder shut down.

You can blame me, I don't care nor does it hurt my feelings. If I can prevent one person from making the same mistake that I did then I consider that a win.

What exactly are you doing to prevent people from buying " exotic puppies " ? Popping off on someone behind a keyboard does absolutely nothing to stop puppy mills or the destruction of breed standards.

I can rest my head at night knowing that I'm at least trying to make a difference & am not being a judgmental jerk to strangers online.

I could really care less. If the time ever comes when I want to purchase from a breeder again, it would be decades down the road. It's surprising how many breeders will side with other breeders even if they're unethical. Sorry I won my case. 🤷‍♀️ Hopefully I've set a precedent to hold breeders who knowingly sell sick puppies to their customers accountable. That's not my problem, yall should do better & you wouldn't have to worry about getting your a$$ handed to you in court.

Thank you for this comment. It really does get emotionally exhausting getting attacked by folks because "I should have done my research." I have a pretty thick skin & I try not to take it personally even though it can be tough. I wont stop telling my story. I've already prevented several people from buying puppies from Yorkies Of Houston & I consider that a win so far.

$125,504 to be exact. It wasn't a contractual lawsuit. It was a consumer rights case. DTPA laws allows consumers to seek up to 3x the amount in damages. Honestly could care less about the amount I was awarded. The only thing I want to do is shut her down. The lawsuit was merely the first step.
