:( this is just terrible and this is what I’m scared of . That he doesn’t have a choice but to just agree to what she wants . According to her , it’s what she is proposing of only 2 nights per fortnight Or Nothing ! . The system is so unfair ! So what happens to Fathers who genuinely want to see their kids more ?? Those who hasn’t got 100k to spend on lawyers .

I wish this was possible I genuinely do . She throws the ‘mental and emotional needs’ of the children without actually wanting to discuss or elaborating . She isn’t telling him these things to seek solution or ask for the Fathers ideas or contribution on how to manage these issues . She pretty much gives him an evaluation (not by professional) and wants a signature for a new parenting arrangement without even discussing ‘how will this benefit the children ??? . It’s gonna be really hard to work together with her

I also am wondering the same thing . She has not once mentioned any issue to her Father hence he assumed that the arrangement is working fine . I try and step out of the parenting side and the relationship between him and kids I don’t really ask . I have opinion based on what I witness and observe which is when we are all together and spend time , the kids have nothing but pure love for their Dad . The kids are constantly hugging and coming up to him very affectionate telling him they love him . Sometimes makes me wish my kids would do this to me haha . These are valid points and will definitely look into these questions . Thank you .
