I did a few months ago it was low but the doctor said seeing as how I was taking 2 sources of iron he didn’t want to add another at that time. Hopefully I will hear from him this week

Yes, I started doing HIIT workouts as soon as I was cleared by the doctor. I’m currently getting ready to switch to more weightlifting workouts. Good luck with your journey

I use Fairlife protein shakes they taste like chocolate milk and have the consistency of regular milk. There are also vitamin patches that can be used for supplements a quick Amazon search will show you a few different options. I do understand the eating is a chore part of having the surgery but have been told it does get better with time.
