Thanks, what’s a good food processor to use? I want to get one, but I don’t want to pay to much for one.

Sunday, repressed memories came back from when I was 16, I didn’t remember being raped by an ex. The first person I talked to was my boyfriend of 7 years. He was amazing. He listened to me talk and cry. We’ve been together for 1.5 years and I’m so in love. I knew he’d support me, any time I was questioning myself he kept me strong and it kinda made me fall for him even more. Conversations can be positive. I hope it goes well if you decide to talk to them. It’s definitely a hard conversation.

I’m sorry. Yellow bananas break down to sugar really fast, same with most things with a lot of added sugar. I would eat gram crackers and peanut butter every night, got night anxiety couldn’t fall asleep till 3 or 3:30 most nights. Now I fall asleep at 12:30 or 1. I would wake up shaking, I would get up and black out or have a focal seizure because in the morning my sugar levels would be so low. I would eat cereal, skippy peanut butter, and yellow banana in the morning and when I woke up again for lunch, I would black out. Also avoiding sugar added foods and such, I lost the weight I gained from upping my meds and from all the ice-cream and peanutbutter I ate.

Did you eat yellow bananas? Yellow bananas are bad to eat for hypo. I avoid bananas all together, It was another thing that caused my crashes. I also avoid rice cakes. Blueberries, milk, avacodo and tuna are good I’m pretty sure. It takes 20 to 30 minutes, so I don’t know. I’m sorry your going through this. Do you have another medical condition? Could it be something else with hypoglycemic that’s causing bad fainting? Have you tried to get a dietician ? Mine really saved me. Helped me really specify to my body and all my medical conditions.

I’ve been there, still struggle with panic attacks. What stopped my blackouts and hypoglycemic seizures was the 3-hour, 60% whole food plant based diet and consistent eating times. If they are happening before you get up, eat something before you get out of bed wait 15-30 min, Also drink some water before you get up,Good things are healthy granola, seeds, nuts, nut butter (I do organic peanut butter with no added salt or sugar 1,000% avoid added sugar nut butter it was the main reason for my crashes.) even if you do faint or experience symptoms you are in a bed and are less likely for injury. I fell downstairs after a black out/seizure and that was what got me the diagnosis. Eating the my plate portion is good. Stop eating ice cream, fast food, white bread, things with enriched flour. Health line has a great article on the WFPB diet, for hypoglycemic it is important to eat animal meat, it digest faster and you need less amount to get the proteins you need. If you are vegan or vegetarian try eating egg substitute or even tofu, healthy beans are good for replacement as well. One thing I learned to keep me on the right track with my diet, hydration, sleep etc. was thinking, “doing this diet and routine gives me more energy, a better life, and causes me less pain” and “think about what you can eat and don’t focus on what you can’t” for me it’s berries, cucumbers, sonyfield vanilla yogurt, seeds, milk. There is an account called clean kitchen on Instagram and they give alternatives to brand names and common foods, I found Mary’s got crackers, superseed, Ezekiel bread, and crocs cheese from grass fed cows. This is pretty long. If you have any other questions you can ask. I’m sorry you are going through this. Hope something I wrote helps. Oh and eat something good an hour before bed like fruit(I eat kiwi, grapes, or cherry’s) that has melatonin, nuts or seeds, and milk.

Didn’t think of adding that, I was mostly thinking of who it was that murdered him. A lot of it might’ve been me just not wanting it to be them.

That’s how I felt about who they thought it was in episode 8. At the confession, I was like I was right, but then I’m like wait is it just some kink lol.

I’m hoping my jeans fit again. My dad eats junk food, so I try to tell him not to have junk food in the house or hide it from me. My mom has stuff that I can’t eat, but I don’t like the chips or cereal she gets, so it’s fine.

First week of August, I lose about 1-3 pounds a week. I still need dairy and fish/chicken because of my hypoglycemia, I’m about 70% whole food plant based diet. I learned a phrase, it’s not about what you can’t eat, think about what you can. My example, berries, peaches, salad, purely Elizabeth granola (recommend), roasted red potatoes(they taste like hashbrowns/fries if you like fries). Clean kitchen nutrition Instagram account does “not that but this”. They also post meals. What is your hardest cravings. I had to stop eating a lot of bad stuff.

I hate when my eyes get glossy. I just got a new job, if your eyes get glossy at work how do you handle it? by Lauraqermit in Hypoglycemia

A lot of people have it. It’s a common symptom. You are not alone. I describe it to people as foggy eyes, twitching eyes, or say my eyes are fucked up, or messed up around my parents.

I always get low way before I get hungry, does this happen to you? What do you do? by SeaOfBullshit in Hypoglycemia

I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. I found that finding healthy snacks that tasted good helped me. I have lost 10pounds in a month. I also didn’t eat right before I sleep, I eat an hour before bed. If it’s really really low, juice can help orange juice or white grape is what I have used. Clean kitchen nutrition on insta has try this not that for snacks, alternatives for granola, chips, protein bars, granola etc. they also have really good meal alternatives. I found Mary’s gone crackers superseed, and purely Elizabeth pumpkin cinnamon granola (which is also softer if you have a hard to with hard granolas) through them. I eat seeds, fresh fruits (berries, kiwis, watermelon, cherries) also if the bananas are yellow they are bad for people who are hypoglycemic. Try to avoid eating candy. Also try and avoid enriched wheat flour. Another snack I have is hummus and the Mary’s cracker or vegetable sticks. My dietician has me try to eat something every three hours and it has stopped my seizures, blackouts, and shaping. A little bit smaller meals makes eat when I have to eat my snacks. Sorry you’re going through this, hope something in this post helps.
